Homework/Behavior Policy for Room 12-Mrs. Loewe
Dear Parents and Students,
In my opinion, a fifth grade student is capable of acting responsibly when it comes to homework and behavior. That responsibility will allow your child to grow as a successful student. Below are some guidelines and consequences for your child as far as homework and behavior are concerned. We have reviewed these policies in class.
Homework
The amount of homework, along with the use of the assignment book, will most likely be an adjustment for your child. Hopefully, this policy, along with teacher and parent guidance, will help your child with this transition.
**************************************************************************************************************We have read the Homework/Behavior Policies. We have discussed these policies. We support these policies.

Dear Parents and Students in Room 12
We have created and discussed Classroom Behavior & Homework Rules as a class. We discussed expectations and consequences. We discussed how we are responsible for ourselves individually, but also that we can work as a team to make our classroom a great learning environment where we can grow ☺ We will be rewarded for good behavior by: positive comments putting our name in the bucket as a bucket filler, stickers, stamps, candy, pencils, bookmarks, game time on Fridays, etc.
We also discussed consequences, which are listed in the Homework/Behavior Policy on the next page. Please take a few moments to read over the policies. Please sign and return the bottom of the form. The top is for you to keep.
If you have any questions, please email me at: [email protected].
Thank you so much for your continued support! It is much needed and appreciated!
